What we do
MvW Capital is not a fund. It is an owner-operator and capital partner, working alongside institutional investors, family offices and strategic co-investors to deploy capital into real assets with long-term, inflation-linked cash flows. The platform combines three disciplines: direct asset ownership and development, equity and debt capital raising, and senior interim management for energy companies — drawing on 25 years of capital markets and operational leadership experience.

Founder
Maarten van Wesemael is a Dutch national with 25 years of experience across investment banking, structured finance and energy sector leadership, including senior roles at ING, BNP Paribas and Lloyds Banking Group, and most recently as Regional Managing Director & ExCo Member at Prax Plc, a global energy group, where he led business development across Asia and the Middle East.
